Is Vouch separate from Loop?

Yes. Vouch is testimonials; Loop is feedback / portal / changelog. Both use the same Stacklix Platform account.

Where should I put new Vouch guides?

Add MDX files under apps/docs/content/docs/vouch/ and list them in that folder’s meta.json.
